Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse with ventilator management experience to work with adult patients in their own homes.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process; provide skilled nursing services per orders and document data and nursing diagnoses. Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state. Competitive pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• TB or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services on each assignment per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.
