Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking dedicated PRN Registered Nurses to provide in-home care as 1099 independent contractors in Utah. You will deliver holistic, compassionate care and coordinate with case managers and physicians to ensure patient comfort and safety.

Qualified candidates hold an active Utah RN license, BLS, and are willing to travel to patients' homes. Malpractice insurance is required; a background check is necessary.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough home health assessments and provide personalized care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Assist with activities of daily living while maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Coordinate with patients to schedule care aligned with plan of care and preferences.
• Monitor symptoms and report changes promptly to the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain diligent documentation in the EMR system and ensure accuracy of patient records.
• Offer emotional support to patients and family members.
