Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Carrboro, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in Wake County, including Durham and Chapel Hill. This full-time role requires an NC RN license, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and the ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Qualifications

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience (medical/surgical). Home care preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, provide wound care, treatments and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with and document doctors' orders accurately.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Coordinate case management and client care.
• Document observations and evaluations using the state-of-the-art tablet.
