Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in the Raleigh-Durham Senior Living office is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time team providing home health services to adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis throughout Wake County, including Durham and Chapel Hill.

The RN will follow care plans, perform medications, wound care, and documentation, travel to client homes, and collaborate with Clinical or Client Services Managers.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Document orders and observations accurately in EMR.
