Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in home settings across Davidson, Randolph, Chatham and Lee counties in North Carolina. You will perform visits, follow care plans, document care, and coordinate with clinical teams.

The role offers flexible schedules, 1:1 patient visits, and a supportive team. Qualifications include an active NC RN license, 1+ year clinical experience, and ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• At least one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan aligned with patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Follow up on doctors' orders and document them properly.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Coordinate case management and services.
• Document observations and evaluations using a touch pad tablet.
