Job summary

Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate RN for a 1099 contract in Lubbock, TX. Compensation is $40–$42 per hour with care provided at the patient’s residence.

Schedule includes 4 hours per month, with potential for additional hours in Lubbock and surrounding areas. You will execute physician-prescribed plans of care, document services, manage medications, assist with daily living activities, monitor patient health, and coordinate with families, physicians, and case managers.

Qualifications

• Current State or Compact RN license
• 1+ years of RN experience in clinical or home health setting
• Current CPR certification
• Willing to TB test
• Maintain required insurance
• Must have dependable transportation and be willing to commute to the patient’s home

Responsibilities

• Execute physician-prescribed plans of care
• Complete compliant documentation of the care provided in the system of record
• Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies
• Perform activities of daily living for patients
• Monitor changes in patient condition and self-care abilities
• Communicate with family, physicians, case managers, and others regarding patient health
• Provide home-based one-on-one care and collaborate with CNAs/PCAs
• Perform other personal care services as necessary to meet patient needs
