Job summary

Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) in Panhandle, TX for a 1099 contract delivering in-home care under physician plans. Location Panhandle, TX; Compensation $38-40/hour; Hours: 8 hours/month.

This full-time opportunity offers day and night shifts, with anticipated schedules 8a-8p and 8p-8a. You will administer care at the patient’s residence and coordinate with families and physicians.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas or a compact state.
• 1+ years home health or clinical RN experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willing to travel to patients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Execute physician-prescribed plans of care.
• Complete compliant documentation in the system of record.
• Manage and administer medications, treatment, and therapies.
• Perform activities of daily living.
• Monitor changes in patient’s condition and disease progression indicators.
• Communicate with family, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding the patient’s health.
• Work with patients one-on-one in the patient’s home to provide a comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with and supervise CNAs and Personal Care Attendants.
