Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or ASN nursing degree or higher is required.
• Current Georgia RN license.
• TB test current.
• Driver's license current.
• Car insurance current.
• CPR and First Aid current.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate client needs.
• Build and update care plans.
• Perform medication reviews.
• Deliver education to enhance client quality of life.
• Provide regulatory compliant documentation.
