Qualifications
- Diploma or ASN at minimum.
- Current Georgia RN License.
- TB Test / CPR and First Aid current.
- Driver's license and car insurance.
- Willingness to travel 100%.
- Interviews are virtual or in person.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate client needs; build and update care plans; perform medication reviews.
- Deliver education that will enhance the client’s quality of life.
- Provide regulatory compliant documentation.
- Conduct supervision of Home Health Aides, CNAs, and LPNs.
