Job summary

Gaddiel Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform 60–90 day in-home client assessments as a PRN, 1099 contractor across the Metro Atlanta area. The RN will evaluate health status, needs, and care plans and communicate findings to the care team.

Skilled nursing duties including wound care, IV therapy, and diabetes management are included. Candidates must hold a Georgia RN license, have at least 1 year of nursing experience (home care preferred), possess strong assessment

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Georgia.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home care preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently with clients in their homes.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout Metro Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60–90 day in-home client assessments.
• Evaluate patient health status, needs, and care plans.
• Communicate assessment findings to the care team.
• Provide skilled nursing care as needed, including: medication management, wound care, catheter/feeding care, diabetes management, ostomy care, IV therapy.
