Job summary

Four Corners Healthcare is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team as 1099 Independent Contractors. This role will allow you to provide compassionate in-home care to patients, ensuring their comfort and health. You’ll build meaningful relationships, guide families in health maintenance, and be a crucial advocate for your patients’ well-being.

As an RN, you must have a valid license, current BLS certification, and insurance. You will earn $38-$40 per hour, bringing care directly to those who need it most.

Qualifications

• Valid and active RN License in the state of practice.
• Ability to pass a state & federal background check.
• Malpractice Insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, ensuring each patient receives personalized care.
• Guide and educate patients and families on health maintenance.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living with dignity.
• Monitor and report any changes in patient symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate with Case Managers and collaborating physicians.
