Dry Force Corp in Bridgewater, NJ, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to meet with homeowners at in-home appointments, provide restoration estimates, and close sales opportunities generated through company leads.

This full-time role offers base pay plus uncapped commission, paid training, and the opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding restoration company. A valid driver's license and the ability to work in the field are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emergency service environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer and technology proficiency.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments
• Inspect property damage and provide restoration estimates and solutions
• Build trust with customers and close sales during the appointment process
• Guide customers through the restoration process with professionalism and empathy
• Coordinate with production and remediation teams to ensure project success
• Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams regarding project updates
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond promptly to new leads and customer needs
• Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
