Northeast Power Dry is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to meet homeowners in their homes after emergency property damage events, assess restoration needs, and present solutions with company-generated leads. This field-based, in-home role requires professionalism and empathy.

You will work with the production team to ensure project success, build trust, and close sales at the appointment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must be self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Inspect property damage and provide restoration estimates and solutions.
• Build trust with customers and close sales during the appointment process.
• Coordinate with production and remediation teams to ensure project success.
• Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams regarding project updates.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
