Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active licensure as Respiratory Therapist or other medical credential.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in neighboring states if required.
• Completion of accredited respiratory care or related program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and provide clinical education.
• Adjust ventilator settings based on physician orders.
• Monitor and troubleshoot respiratory equipment.
• Maintain documentation of services and patient interactions.
• Provide ongoing phone support and follow-up care.
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive to home visits.
• Support training of new clinical staff.
