Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in‑home respiratory therapy and clinical support for patients using ventilators and oxygen therapy.

The role emphasizes autonomy, patient education, and personalized care in a home setting. Compensation ranges from $35 to $40 per hour, with bonus opportunities based on performance and service area.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in your primary state as an RT (RRT or CRT) or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain licensure in neighboring states if required
• Experience in home respiratory care or home healthcare
• Completion of an accredited program in respiratory care, nursing, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi‑task effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑home respiratory therapy and clinical support to patients
• Conduct patient assessments and education per physician’s orders
• Set up and monitor high‑tech respiratory equipment (ventilators, oxygen, etc.)
• Maintain documentation of all services provided per policy
• Assume on‑call responsibilities for phone consultations outside business hours
• Perform duties under state licensure and company policy
