Job summary

SuperCare Health is seeking a Patient Service Technician to deliver, set up, and educate patients on Durable Medical Equipment at home locations across the service area. You will also handle pickups and paperwork while ensuring accurate records and compliance.

The role requires on-site field work with extensive travel, safety training, and on-call rotation. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required, with optional DOT certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• DOT certification is optional.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, educate patients on Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
• Handle delivery/pick-up tickets and update Delivery Track.
• Ensure equipment setup and safety compliance with respiratory equipment.
• Provide patient education and documentation, including serial numbers.
• Maintain knowledge of respiratory/home care equipment and regulatory requirements.

Skills
