Job summary

SuperCare Health in the Western U.S. is seeking a Patient Service Technician to join our field team in the Glendale area.

Under general supervision, you will deliver, set up, educate patients on Durable Medical Equipment, and manage pick-ups with accurate delivery paperwork. You will travel extensively to patients\' homes, work on-call as needed, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of respiratory equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License.
• DOT certification optional.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Delivers respiratory, medical equipment and supplies to patients or clients.
• Performs equipment set ups in a timely and professional manner.
• Presents SuperCare through professional personal appearance and patient care activities.
• Loads equipment and related supplies on to a delivery vehicle.
• Maintains knowledge of respiratory and home care equipment.
