Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience in consultative, in-home, or construction-based selling.
• Strong track record of coaching and developing high-performance sales teams.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and use of smart devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Replacement Sales Consultants to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct field ride-alongs to observe and coach in the Replacement Sales Process.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard sales talent in collaboration with HR.
• Foster a team-oriented culture focused on growth and excellence.
• Champion a customer-first mindset and drive high customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with marketing to maximize campaign ROI and with operations for smooth handoffs.
