Rose Remodeling in California is hiring ambitious In-Home Sales Representatives who are motivated to close deals and earn substantial income. This is a commission-only role with pre-qualified appointments provided, no cold calling, and paid training.

Meet homeowners, present customized bath remodeling solutions, explain products and financing, and close sales using our proven process. Expect uncapped commissions, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires, and flexible schedule to fit evenings

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required.
• In-home or remodeling-related sales is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Meet with homeowners during pre-scheduled, company-provided appointments.
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations.
• Understand customer needs, goals, and budgets; design customized bath remodeling solutions.
