This commission-only role offers an annual earnings range of $120,000–$350,000+ with unlimited potential, supported by paid training and ongoing coaching. A strong track record in remodeling sales and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience; home improvement/remodeling sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong closing ability.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes to discuss remodeling needs and goals.
• Conduct professional in-home consultations and sales presentations.
