Job summary

Spectrum of Hope is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children diagnosed with autism. You will deliver structured sessions, track progress with data, and support families on a daily basis.

Schedule is afternoon to evening. A high school diploma is required; a driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary for in-home visits. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Experience in childcare, education, or caregiving is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism.
• Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans.
• Cheer them on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive.
• Track progress and use data to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with experienced BCBAs to develop care plans.
