Job summary

Skyward Spectrum provides in-home ABA therapy and is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct therapy to clients. The role offers both part-time and full-time schedules, with the potential to work in homes, schools, and community settings.

You will support BCBA-supervised plans and collaborate with families to achieve positive outcomes. Ideal candidates have RBT certification (or plan to obtain within 30 days), strong communication, reliability, and a compassionate

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred or willing to become certified within 30 days.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience working with children.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Personal transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
• Must be able to move around the child\'s home and classrooms for ABA activities.
• Experience in mental/behavioral health, psychology, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy.
• Implement the treatment plan created by your BCBA supervisor.
• Travel to client homes.
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA teaching procedures.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill data and log hours accurately.
• Attend Monthly Staff Meetings.
• Communicate with parents and with BCBA to improve treatment over time.
• Take detailed session notes.
