Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work under a BCBA supervisor, providing in-home and community-based interventions and collecting data to track progress.

Qualifications include an RBT credential and a high school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred or in progress. Opportunities for professional development and advancement are available.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• Experience with children, autism or ABA preferred.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for progress reports.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records.
