Ambitions ABA Colorado provides in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. We’re looking for a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our amazing team!

This role offers hourly pay of $20-$25, exam fee coverage, paid training, free CEUs, and referral bonuses. You’ll work closely with BCBA guidance, collect data, and communicate with families in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Free access to RBT certification course for candidates with relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with clear goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely communication to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers, adhering to BACB ethics.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
