Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our home-based ABA therapy team. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you will deliver one-to-one interventions to children with autism and help families participate in therapy.

Responsibilities include implementing individualized plans, collecting therapy data, and staying engaged with supervisory staff. Weekday and weekend availability is required as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education
• Experience with data collection and AB A techniques is a plus

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data
