Job summary

Applied ABC is actively seeking a Behavior Technician to support in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. You will implement individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, collect session data, and participate in ongoing training.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA or current pursuing related education, and strong communication with supervisory staff. Weekday and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience
• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education
• Ability to work in homes with children with autism

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
