Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include implementing individualized intervention plans, collecting data, maintaining regular communication with supervisors, and participating in ongoing staff training.

Weekday and weekend availability is required to support families across our network.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
