Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing clinician-owned ABA therapy agency delivering in-home and in-center services for children with autism. We seek a dedicated Behavior Technician to work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing one-to-one behavioral intervention plans and collecting session data.

You'll participate in ongoing ABA training, maintain regular communication with supervisory staff, and support day-to-day operations during both weekday and weekend shifts in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Ability to implement individualized ABA intervention plans under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
