Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services in Atlantic City is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect progress data and collaborate with families to support client growth and independence.

The role emphasizes creating a safe, positive therapy environment and applying evidence-based practices with children who have ASD and other developmental disabilities. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to obtain 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.
• Pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
