Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA programs in home settings in Tenafly, NJ, under the supervision of a BCBA.

This part-time in-home role offers flexible schedules and hourly compensation ranging from $20 to $30, dependent on experience and credentials, with opportunities for growth toward RBT certification. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• RBT certification preferred; if not certified at hire, must obtain within 90 days if applicable.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes or centers as needed.
• Must pass background checks, including criminal history and abuse registry screenings.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform floor-based activities as needed.
• In-home and/or center-based settings.
• Supervised regularly by a BCBA through direct observation and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision of BCBA.
• Record and maintain data on client progress.
• Implement skill acquisition programs targeting communication, social, adaptive, and academic behaviors.
• Follow behavior reduction protocols as designed by BCBA.
• Help generalize skills across environments, people, and settings.
• Provide reinforcement and prompting per treatment plan.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical team.
• Maintain health, safety, and well-being of clients at all times.
