Job summary

Advanceable ABA VA is hiring in Glen Allen, Richmond & Henrico and surrounding areas for in-home RBTs to support children with autism. The role offers part-time and full-time options with flexible schedules and a competitive hourly wage.

You will provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping implement treatment plans and track progress while communicating with families and the clinical team. Ongoing mentorship and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification; if not, Advanceable ABA will support certification.
• Experience or comfort working with children or individuals with special needs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques.
• Track progress with session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and training.
• Remain actively engaged during sessions with the child.
