Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Roanoke, VA and surrounding areas. The position offers flexible, part-time schedules and competitive pay based on experience.

You will work 1:1 with children in their homes, under a BCBA supervisor, helping develop communication and daily living skills. Training, PTO, and career growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or supported path to certification.
• 1+ year experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Roanoke, VA area.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with children.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques.
• Track progress through session data and clinical notes; communicate with families and clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Stay active during sessions with children.
