A community-focused behavioral therapy provider in Maryland is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide direct interventions to children with autism. Qualifications

• Ability to engage in physical activities with clients, including kneeling and sitting on the floor.
• Willingness to work in various environments including client homes, schools, and clinics.
• Experience with ABA early intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with clients in-home to deliver therapeutic interventions.
• Record data on client progress and maintain detailed session notes.
