Job summary

Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy. You will provide one-to-one sessions in clients’ homes during late afternoons and select weekends, following BCBA-designed plans and data-tracking requirements.

The role offers flexible, part-time hours with opportunities for growth, training support, and materials for clients. A strong commitment to safety, collaboration with families, and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel to client homes.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to support goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
