Job summary

Learning Ladders ABA is seeking a compassionate, energetic RBT to support children and teens with autism in an in‑home, after‑school setting in the Ruther Glen area. You will deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and document sessions promptly, helping clients build confidence and everyday skills.

The role emphasizes strong communication with families, fidelity to intervention plans, and growth through ongoing training and BCBA supervision pathways.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification.
• Familiarity with ABA data collection and session documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Accurately collect data and document sessions in the Rethink app within 24 hours.
• Follow and maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and report observations to your supervising BCBA.
