Job summary

Learning Ladders ABA in Orange, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and teens with autism. The role involves delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and communicating observations to families and the supervising BCBA.

The position offers after-school hours (Mon-Fri 4-8 PM) with some daytime shifts and starting pay of $22/hour, with room to grow. In-home setting and supportive, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification.
• Familiarity with ABA data collection and session documentation.
• Strong communication skills, patience, creativity and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Accurately collect data and document sessions in the Rethink app within 24 hours.
• Follow and maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and report observations to your supervising BCBA.
