Job summary

BK Behavior in the United States seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing skill-building and behavior plans with accuracy.

This part-time role offers paid training, flexibility in scheduling, and opportunities to advance within the thriving ABA field. A 6-month commitment is preferred.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
