Job summary

The Treetop Therapy is hiring an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Macon, GA. You will deliver ABA therapy one-on-one in clinic or home settings under BCBA supervision, helping children build essential skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy sessions in clinic and in home.
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals.
• Track and document progress using EMR.
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team.
