Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, helping children reach their goals with evidence-based strategies.

We offer part-time opportunities, paid training, and flexible scheduling. A 6-month commitment is welcomed; same-day pay options are available, and you’ll be supported by a strong clinical team and referral bonuses as you grow in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.
