Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. The roles are part-time, offering Same Day Pay and flexible scheduling, with opportunities for professional advancement through our clinical team.

Applicants should be patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting children with Autism. RBT certification is required prior to working, and prior experience in ABA is preferred.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
