Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking licensed or credentialed Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. This part-time position supports independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions, under the supervision of our clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference in children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
