Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a growing ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, recording data and supporting independence with evidence-based interventions.

We offer part-time positions with same-day pay, paid training, and opportunities to advance within a supportive clinical team, with BCBA schooling partnerships to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team for skill-building and care plans.
