Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for part-time, home- or community-based ABA services. We offer same-day pay and flexible hours, with a focus on helping clients achieve individual goals.

A 6-month commitment is emphasized as part of our program. Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, have a high school diploma, and demonstrate patience, compassion, and strong communication skills to support children with Autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Ability to provide one-on-one ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
