Job summary

Breakthrough ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality in-home and center-based ABA services in the Greater Houston and Beaumont areas. RBTs will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect data, and support families through training and modeling.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience working with children and ability to engage and motivate kids.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and report data on target behaviors.
• Participate in behavior management programming.
• Support families with modeling and caregiver training.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
