Step Ahead ABA is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Kokomo, Indiana, to deliver 97153 direct therapy under a BCBA-designed plan. The role emphasizes active engagement with children in their home environment and requires availability Monday through Friday mornings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per plan written by the BCBA.
• Receive plan introduction and family support.
• Collect session data and submit notes; paid non-billable time.
• BCBA supervision, competency assessments, and feedback.
