Job summary

SkyCare ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy with flexible hours. You will work 1:1 with children under BCBA supervision and have opportunities to increase pay based on performance and tenure.

The role supports skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living tasks, with data collection and collaboration with families. Training is provided and ongoing professional development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (BACB) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes.
• Strong communication and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote generalization of skills.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
