Job summary

SkyCare ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in homes, schools, and clinics. You will deliver 1:1 sessions, collect data, and monitor progress to guide treatment plans with BCBAs and caregivers.

The role emphasizes compassionate, consistent support to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certified
• Experience with children and passion for supporting those with ASD
• Physical ability to participate in active play and therapeutic activities
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success
• Help children reach their full potential with compassion and consistency
