Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings. You will collect data, write session notes, and tailor sessions to each client's needs while maintaining a supportive, client-centered approach.

The role offers 4:00 pm–7:00 pm Monday–Friday with potential for part-time or full-time opportunities. Benefits include health coverage, training, and professional growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients + in-home experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares and community settings
• Collect data during sessions and write detailed session notes
• Tailor sessions to each client's needs and preferences
