Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA services and support families across multiple settings. You will collect data during sessions and write detailed notes to document progress.

Flexible part-time or full-time opportunities with weekday schedules are available. As part of our team, you’ll work with children aged 2–16, gain ongoing professional development, and enjoy a supportive culture that prioritizes ethical practice and caregiver

Qualifications

• 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients + previous in-home experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares, and community settings
• Collect data during sessions to track progress
• Write detailed session notes documenting development
• Collaborate with families and team to support treatment goals
