Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience as an RBT.
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number.
• Active driver license and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Experience with Catalyst or data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA direct services to clients in-home.
• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data based on client behavior.
• Communicate empathetically with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during assessments and materials preparation.
• Seek supervision to ensure effective treatment implementation.
